Yes, my first fries blog entry... with many more to come. Today's entry is from TGIF Beijing.
Straight cut, fat fries, served not too hot in a plate with a dash of black pepper seasoning. Rating 4-4.5 out of 5. The fries are not greasy and not hard, yet moist and firm. Taste of the pepper and light salt brings out the simple country like taste of fresh cut potatoes.
This simple and light dish mirrors the simple proposal that I made to Sylvia today. Yes! We are officially engaged! Nothing fancy and in many ways very tradtional, with going down on one kneww and a dash of flowers. TGIF fries make a very good ending to a simple, light hearted romantic day that brings us to a new stage of our lifes.
